Side Guide Roller

A side guide roller is a component commonly used in conveyor systems to help guide and align the movement of the conveyor belt along its path. These rollers are strategically positioned on the sides of the conveyor frame and are designed to provide lateral support to the belt.

The main function of side guide rollers is to prevent the conveyor belt from wandering or deviating from its intended course. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap-type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
Welding: Mixed gas-shielded arc welding end. Fine welding tubes ensure the rollers with low vibration and noise.
Working life: 30,000 – 50,000 hours.
