Foamed Rubber Sheet

Feature:

A foamed rubber sheet refers to a type of rubber material that incorporates a cellular or foamed structure within its composition. This foaming process involves introducing gas into the rubber during manufacturing, creating a structure with air pockets or cells. The resulting foamed rubber sheet exhibits unique properties that make it suitable for specific applications.

Foamed rubber sheet
A foamed rubber sheet is made from SBR, CR, NBR, or EPDM. Which is good and resistant to atmospheric action (air, UV rays), and fire. Micropores inside the rubber are of closed type, thus they are air and water impermeable. This soft, elastic rubber is used for the production of gaskets and other sealants, for coating parts and units, for reduction of vibration and noise, and for thermal insulation.

Feature:

* Excellent UV, Ageing, and Ozone resistant
* shock and sound absorption
* Soft, bending resistant, rated for cold
and high temperature and waterproof
* corrosion and chemical resistant
* Environmental and non-poisonous
(passed REACH, ROHS, and Pahs test)
* Available with PSA for sticking to the surface
* High-temperature reach to 135 ℃

Application:

Be widely used in shock, sound absorption, and crash protection requirements. Such as Large conference rooms, cinema, grand theater, printing and dyeing industry, and some national defense and military industries.
