Endless Belt

Endless conveyor belt is made into a seamless circular conveyor belt, during the production process. Its characteristic is that the belt core has no joints, and the service life is not affected by early damage to the joints. The surface of the belt is flat and the tension is uniform, so the belt runs smoothly and has a low elongation during use.

The strength at the core joint can reach 90% of the strength of the tape body, and there are no obvious joint defects on the surface of the tape. Therefore, the transportation of the tape is balanced and the elongation is small during use. The core of the circular conveyor belt is made of high-quality cotton or polyester  Nylon fabric, usually with 2-6 layers.
