Conveyor Frame or Bracket

A conveyor frame or bracket is a foundational component in conveyor systems, providing structural support for the conveyor belt and other essential parts. Typically constructed from robust materials such as steel or aluminum, the frame forms the framework upon which the conveyor operates. It serves as the structural skeleton, maintaining the necessary alignment and stability for the entire conveyor system.

Trough Roller Bracket:

Mainly used for conveyor support of the conveyor belt carrying segment, and is the main component to support the conveyor belt and material.

Impact Roller Bracket:

Mainly used in the conveyor belt drop or impact site support, buffer ring has a certain degree of shock absorption and anti-flushing, and can effectively prevent belt damage, thereby extending the service life of the conveyor belt.

Parallel Down-loop Bracket:

Mainly used for the support of the conveyor return segment to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor belt.

Features:

small rotational resistance, long life, repair and replacement convenience, strong carrying capacity

Applications:

For conveyor belt bearing or support, major industries, quarries, mines, timber mills, and conventional delivery systems
